  - Ask IT if portal can show status 'Under Review' - Sam? (not asked yet)
  - Pick 2 units for pilot - Odessa suggested Streets + Parks, not decided
  - Design review target ~Oct 27 (Malcolm confirming)
  - Plain-language status letter template - high priority

  - Aug data incomplete (migration) - footnote in every report
  - Two FCR definitions floating around - need one. Jordan to write options memo by Oct 16
  - Dashboard 'as of' date is the 25th - Sept numbers partial!
