The seven steps

What the resident sees: Received, Under Review or Returned for Information. Only an authorized supervisor can set Assigned or Closed. The agent does not decide whether a resident's request is granted.

All six tests were typed into the Copilot Studio Preview tab and recorded. The demo page has two real recordings: Watch the build (4:19) and Watch the test (4:43), both made in a Microsoft 365 work account on Oct 18-19, 2026. For each test, write down the Request ID, Category, Review, Status and Next step the agent shows, then mark it "fails safe" or "needs a guardrail."
