• Executive Director, Classified Personnel and Personnel Commission, Bellflower Unified School District (2025 to present). Chief executive of a statutory merit system.
• Adjunct Professor of Statistics, Cal State LA (2017 to present). Co-built the undergraduate statistics curriculum.
• 22 years at the Los Angeles County Office of Education, including senior HR analyst and acting executive director of a 15-person Personnel Commission office, and five years leading research and evaluation for a $17.4 million community schools initiative.
