Build a practice prompt and add Guardrails
Use the Learning Lab’s CHATPROMPT slide sequence for the complete framework. This optional worksheet helps you draft a practice request, then add separate Guardrails for source checking, limits, and human review.
Optional input methodTalk it out, then tighten it Windows + H
Select a prompt field. If voice typing is available and allowed by your organization, press Windows + H, wait for the listening signal, and say the training situation naturally, even if it starts as a ramble.
Then edit the transcription: name the supplied source, remove unsupported details, add the check, and keep the decision with a person. Voice typing needs a working microphone and internet and uses online speech recognition. Do not dictate real or restricted work information.
Four request essentials
Add Persona, References, and Guardrails
Persona and References are CHATPROMPT layers. Limit, Check, and Human review are Guardrails: they keep work within the training scenario, name what to check, state limits, and leave decisions with people.
