MS 365 Copilot: Advanced Topics and Integrations

Practice one habit all day: ask clearly, check the source, keep limits visible, and let the right person decide.

Start

Nothing done yet. Start with Safe Practice.

The story behind every lab. Fernhollow is a made-up city. Residents send the City service requests: a pothole, a broken streetlight, a missed trash pickup. Requests have piled up (that pile is the backlog), and residents wait too long for answers. The City started the Service Request Improvement Project to fix that. In every lab you work on that project. You use Copilot for one real task, then you check its work before anyone acts on it.

Today, in order

Which labs do I do? Your instructor will tell you which labs we do together live. The rest are optional practice you can do at your own pace. Return times for breaks are posted in the Zoom chat.
