What this site collects, and how it is built.

Privacy notice

This website does not use cookies, and it does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The web server keeps standard access logs, which record the page requested, the date and time, the referring page, your browser type, and your IP address. These logs are used only to understand overall traffic and to keep the site secure. They are archived on the hosting account and cleared monthly, and they are never sold or shared.

If you send a message through the contact form or by email, your name, agency, email address, phone number if you give it, and message are used only to reply to you and to discuss possible services. A copy of each enquiry is emailed to Dr. Olmos and a copy is written to a log on the server that is not reachable from the web. You are not added to a mailing list, and your information is not sold or shared.

Two fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's font servers see the request your browser makes for them. This site embeds one video from YouTube. It does not load unless you press play. If you do, YouTube receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy; the embed uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which limits what YouTube collects until you choose to play.

To ask what is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email frank@drfrankolmos.com. Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful, which for a client is the life of the working relationship and for everyone else is considerably shorter.

Accessibility statement

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA: semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible focus states, labelled form fields with text-based error messages, colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text, no motion for visitors who have asked their device to reduce it, and full keyboard operability. It is usable at 320 pixels wide and at 200 percent zoom.
