AI assistance for small businesses and corporate teams

Make AI useful in your business, not just interesting in a demo.

Work with Dr. Frank Olmos to choose a practical use case, set up a repeatable approach in the tools your team already approves, train the people who will use it, and decide where human review belongs. Begin with one working session or scope a department-wide project.

The problem

You do not need an AI department to start. You need one task that works.

Owners want help getting started without a vendor pitch. Corporate managers want consistent adoption across people and locations, not twelve private experiments. Both get the same thing here: a real task, in an approved tool, with a method your people can repeat and check.

Where it usually starts
  • Customer and employee communications
  • SOP, policy, and handbook drafts
  • Report preparation and meeting follow-up
  • Finance narratives and budget explanations
  • Hiring-process support: job descriptions, screening questions, interview guides
  • Internal knowledge organization and summaries

Every use case is screened for suitability. AI does not make final employment, financial, or legal decisions here; qualified people do.

Three ways in

Pick the entry point that matches the size of the problem.

01 · Coaching

One person, one approved tool

Working sessions on your own screen with your own files. Set up ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini around your role, organize projects, and build prompts you reuse every week. For owners, founders, executives and managers.

$250 per hour. Four-session starter, $900.

02 · Workflow and assistant setup

One repeatable task, documented and handed over

Select a process such as drafting customer responses, summarizing internal guidance, or preparing manager materials. Define inputs, knowledge boundaries, instructions, review checkpoints and ownership. Where feasible inside your approved platform, configure a role-specific assistant or workspace.

03 · Team adoption

A department or several locations, moving together

A team session plus manager guidance, a role-specific prompt library, a responsible-use guide, and follow-up working sessions as scoped. Built for corporate departments and multi-site businesses that need the habit to hold after launch.

Custom quote.

Plan a rollout →

Not included unless quoted: API or custom-system integrations, software licenses, ongoing maintenance, data migration, and round-the-clock support. Assistants are configured inside the platform you already approve, so nothing is built that your team cannot see and edit.

How a project runs

Four scoping stages. The quote says which ones your engagement includes.

  1. Discover the task

A short call on the task, who does it today, which AI tools are approved, and what confidential information must stay out.

  2. Design and test

Build the approach with sanitized or approved materials. Write the instructions, decide the review checkpoints, and try it against real examples.

  3. Train the owners and reviewers

The people who will run the workflow learn it on their own screens, including when to stop and verify.

  4. Document and follow up

A written operating procedure your team keeps, plus a follow-up session as scoped so the habit holds.

A single coaching hour does not include all four stages. These are the stages a scoped project moves through.

What you receive

Something your team keeps, not a slide deck that fades.

From coaching

Prompt templates for your role, an organized project or workspace in your approved tool, and written notes from each session.

From a workflow or assistant setup

A documented assistant or workflow: inputs, instructions, review checkpoints, ownership, and a short operating procedure.

From team adoption

An adoption guide, a role-specific prompt library, manager guidance, and a responsible-use summary your legal counsel can read.

Exact deliverables, tool access, timing, fees and support are agreed in writing before work starts.

Proof

Named engagements, not testimonials.

A multi-location, family-owned restaurant group in Southern California engaged Dr. Olmos for AI integration in daily operations, a manager training program, and the sustainment system behind it. The client is unnamed by agreement and no results are implied.

Public agencies and associations that have brought him in front of their staff include the Los Angeles Unified School District Personnel Commission, the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, WRIPAC, and CPS HR Consulting. References are available on request.

Questions business owners ask

Straight answers before the scoping call.

Do we need our own AI subscription?

Yes. Work happens inside the tool your organization approves and pays for, whether ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. Licenses are not resold here.

Can you use our confidential files?

Not in a public AI tool, and not during training. Exercises use sanitized or fictional material. If a workflow needs real documents, the data handling, tool settings and access are agreed in writing first.

Will you build integrations?

Assistants and workflows are configured inside your approved platform, such as a Project, a custom GPT, a Copilot agent or a Gem. API work, custom-system integrations and ongoing software support are not included unless they are separately scoped and quoted.

How is this different from training?

Training teaches a room a method. Assistance applies that method to one of your actual tasks and leaves you with something working. Many organizations do both: a session for the team, then setup for the two workflows that matter most.

Can you work across locations?

Yes. Coaching and setup run on Zoom or Microsoft Teams. On-site work is available anywhere in the United States, with travel quoted separately outside Southern California.

Next step

Tell me the task you want to improve.

Describe the task, how many people touch it, which AI tools are approved, and whether you want coaching, a working assistant, team training, or an ongoing partner. We reply within two business days; custom projects start with a twenty minute scoping call.
