Most AI disappointment is a prompting problem. This session gives your staff a ten-level structure, from setting context to producing output they can defend, so results stop depending on who happened to type the question.

Who it is for

HR analysts, personnel technicians, supervisors, and anyone who writes for the record.

No technical background needed. Participants bring their own agency-approved AI tool (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini) and leave with a method that works in all three.

What participants will be able to do
  • Set context and assign a role so the AI writes like a public agency, not a marketing department
  • Structure a task and specify the output format before asking, and get usable drafts the first time
  • Use reference examples to hold the AI to your templates, bulletins, and house style
  • Refine iteratively and know when to stop, verify, and hand off to human judgment
  • Recognize the confidentiality line: what never goes into a public AI tool, and why
  • Build a small prompt library for their own function they can reuse on Monday

All ten levels of the CHATPROMPT Pyramid, demonstrated on public-sector documents, with structured practice at each stage and a working prompt library by the end of the morning. The right choice for a department getting started.

Full-day · 8 hours · $3,000

The framework, then your own work

The morning as above. The afternoon is a workshop on your agency's own tasks: participants bring real, sanitized documents and build finished prompts and drafts with coaching. Customization to your templates included in the day.
