How does the free trial work?
Sign in with your email, add a card, and you get full access for 14 days. On day 15 your card is billed $19.99 and then monthly on the same date. Cancel from the billing page at any time; if you cancel during the trial you are never charged.
Is it a real interview simulation?
Yes. In full-mock mode the coach asks one question at a time, probes when an answer is missing something, caps follow-ups like a disciplined panel would, and holds all feedback until the closing question. In coach mode you get a quick tip after each answer.
Are the scores a prediction of whether I will be hired?
No. Scores are AI-generated practice estimates built on a public-sector structured-interview rubric. They are designed to show you where an answer is thin, not to predict a hiring decision, and they are not validated cut scores.
What happens to my information?
Your job descriptions, answers, and stories are saved in your own browser, not on our servers. Text and audio are sent to the AI and transcription providers only to generate your feedback, and recordings are not stored by the application. You can export or delete everything from the Resources page at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I use it for a promotional interview inside my own agency?
Absolutely. Paste the posting or the duty statement for the higher class and the coach builds the competencies from it. Many people use it for internal promotions, lateral moves, and oral boards.
