Who it is for

HR practitioners who want help with routine drafting, without giving up judgment.

For HR analysts, generalists, managers and small HR teams in companies, nonprofits and public agencies who already have an AI tool and want a safe, repeatable way to use it on everyday work.

  • You want a draft that is faster to review, not one you have to rewrite
  • You need to know what is safe to paste before you open the tool
  • Your work needs a human sign-off, and you want a checklist that proves it happened
  • You use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or your employer’s approved tool

Not for complaints, investigations, discipline, medical or other sensitive matters. The kit tells you to keep those out of AI tools.

The five workflows

Recurring tasks, start to sign-off.

Time-saved figures are pilot estimates compared with drafting from a blank page.

Questions

Before you buy.

Which AI tool do I need?
Any general chat tool works: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or the tool your employer approves. If your organization has an approved tool, use that one. The kit explains the small differences between them.
How is this different from the book?
Smells Like A.I. Spirit explains the thinking and the framework. The kit is the working version: editable files, complete prompts, worked examples and checklists for five specific tasks. They work well together, and neither requires the other.
How long does it take to get started?
The kit is designed so you run one workflow on one real, low-risk task first. Most people finish Workflow 01 in under 30 minutes the first time.
Can my whole team use one copy?
With the team license, yes: up to 10 people in one department or HR team. For a larger group or the whole organization, request a quote.
Can I get help adapting a workflow to my organization?
Yes. Bring the workflow, the checklist and your review notes to a one to one coaching session ($250 per hour, or a four-session starter for $900). Book coaching.

When a kit is not enough

Make it fit your roles, systems and approval path.

One to one coaching turns a workflow from the kit into one your office runs every week. For a whole team, the HR and Personnel workshops cover the same ground live.
